Wine Highlights
Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon 1995
Napa:
Dark, rich and intense, a vibrant, deeply concentrated and firmly
tannic style. Mature and well-rounded, this wine packs in lots of
rich, chocolaty plum, black currant, cherry, anise, sage and
herbal flavors. Really revs up the flavors on the finish with
layers of complexity and depth unfolding.
Note: The wine was aged for 25 months in American oak
barrels. Blend: 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc. |
